With experience that stands over a decade, Mr. Saahil Nayar’s expertise lies in Business Strategy and Brand Marketing to manage businesses at-large. He started developing his career by spearheading multiple sectors including lifestyle, personal care and colour cosmetics. Mr. Nayar has successfully implemented and lead high performing consumer-first operations that focus on both marketing and investment effectiveness. His wealth of experience, zeal and passion has helped brands such as The Moms Co, Kama Ayurveda, Revlon and Idam Natural Wellness to not only successfully amass growth but also strengthen their market presence.

Currently as the COO for Swiss Beauty, a decade-old colour cosmetic brand, he is responsible for enabling revenue growth, market share leadership, complete brand refresh including a new brand strategy whilst also ensuring to accelerate the current 300cr business to a 500 cr as an immediate milestone and a larger vision to a 1000 cr powerhouse. Prior to Swiss Beauty, Saahil Nayar was the Co-Founder, COO at Idam House of Brands wherein he led all front-ended aspects of business including marketing strategy, brand marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce sales through to conceptualizing additional standalone brands for men’s grooming and makeup. With a strong belief in the philosophy that ‘Talent wins games, Teamwork wins Championships,’ Mr. Saahil Nayar champions this through his experience in developing teams and talent, has been strategically connecting people for exceptional results. Throughout his career trajectory, he has helmed, established, expanded and optimally set up extensive business plans to scale consumer-first businesses.

Having served as the VP – Business at The Moms Co., he played a key role in the brands turnaround by increasing the brand’s overall business by 3x within 18 months and helping the revenue cross the 150-crore marker. This in turn, helped the brand witness the largest D2C transaction through its acquisition by The Good Glamm Group. Prior to The Moms Co., he has held leadership role as Head – Digital at Revlon to set up best practices for India, liasing directly with the global office. His strategic guidance in the development and execution of tactical business plans supporting the eCommerce strategy has been a strategic growth driver for Kama Ayurveda. With a 150% growth in the digital commerce business, the brand witnessed notable milestones, through the Kama Ayurveda merger with a Spanish conglomerate, Puig that further strengthened brand’s domestic as well international foothold. Mr. Saahil Nayar has encountered a successful trajectory in both his personal and professional life.
