Saad Ansari believes that success is much more than riches, power or fame. However, the real secret to success is believing that you are already successful.
From being the first employee to becoming the youngest member on the management team at Ally, Saad provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure IT environment throughout the organization. He is responsible for new product development and facilitating business intelligence. The major focus being direct client value and using tech to support the business’s ability to scale effectively and efficiently.
Simultaneously, he leads a team of young dynamic analysts; overlooking delivery for multiple clients spanning over various industry sectors and geographies, ensuring their growth and development. This dual role is invaluable in keeping close to the commercial needs of the business.
From the young age of 14, Saad has founded multiple e-commerce businesses and has been part of product development teams in various tech start-ups. Saad has a natural talent for managing businesses, understanding their needs and problem solving. This journey has been very valuable in his holistic development.
Citing Albert Einstein, he says “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value”. Saad believes in making an impact through his contribution in a way that would enable him to leave his mark in people’s lives.
