Mr. Rohit Agarwal is a marketeer by curiosity and is into gaming by passion. He developed marketing innovations that even brands like H&M, KFC, boAt & Acer couldn’t resist. A fine young entrepreneur who is ‘Redefining Impact’ in the esports & gaming segment. His journey is quite intriguing – although an engineer by background, he would spend most of his college hours building home-grown brands into successful startups. Aiding over 30+ startups across hospitality, ecommerce, tech, etc., his knack for marketing was becoming more evident by the day.
After completing his degree, he segwayed to play among the big players – running massive, award-winning marketing campaigns for brands such as Amazon, OnePlus, Intel, etc. Mr. Rohit’s work is extended beyond borders, and has worked with NA & SEA teams to execute global scale campaigns. Currently, he is the founder & director of a marketing agency called ALPHA ZEGUS, which specializes in creating innovative marketing solutions for gaming & tech brands. He combined his knowledge of boosting home-grown brands and running big-scale campaigns to create solutions that led to a sharp rise in more brands investing more money into gaming.
As an organization, Alpha Zegus currently houses over 50 of India’s top gaming talents, along with A-lister retainer brands in the likes of boAt, Acer, Wings, etc. They are also the first gaming marketing agency in India to rope in non-endemic brands such as H&M, Adidas, KFC, etc. into the gaming ecosystem. Everything from social mandates, production, influencer marketing – these guys have an innovation just around the corner. His vision with this niche is clear – make gaming the next cricket of India.
