He has over 10 years of hands-on experience in the LED lightning industry and he holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
After the company setup, he is giving training to the all the employees and fresh graduates thus increasing the availability of the skilled professionals in the country.
He has been providing the technical know how sessions in the engineering and diploma colleges across the colleges in Gujarat for the past 3 years. He also guides the freshers pass out with deep insights into the current education system and the ways to fill this skill gap
