Like any other innovator, Raj Sharma is driven by technology and believes that technology should be used for the betterment of humanity. His background in technology has instilled a certain mindset where he believes that growth starts by implementing the right solution. With over 20 years’ experience – self driven, passionate, motivated serial Entrepreneur with proven track record of success in Product design and IT solution development. During his tenure he has successfully held several senior positions. Possessing well develop leadership, communication, time management skills and team building abilities.

After living in Europe since 1984 he came back to India in 2005 and started discussions with RBI and COAI and in 2006 he founded Credit Registration Office (Proprietary Software Registered in India) which led to implementation of UID (Aadhar) for all transaction in Banking and Telecom sector.

In 2009 he launched Best Property Deals: Real Estate platform founded and driven by Professionalism, Reliability and Professionalism.  Participated with REDCOH (Real Estate Development Council of Haryana – Delhi NCR) to create a framework to have licensed real 

estate brokers operating for registered developers. Provided input for Real Estate Regulation and Development act to enforce regulations in real estate dealings 

and speedy dispute resolution. Featured in leading Real Estate Magazines and Panels.

Since 2015 he has been working on defining and designing of technology for specific sectors and launched CAPTIVATIUN in 2019 (September just before COVID hit the world) where his focus is to blend technology with Beauty and Sports apparel industry (WIPO Patent Pending). Disrupting $150B industry and reducing the environmental impact of plastic usage in the beauty industry and elimination of modern slavery with the launch of first digital nail art and designs. Our technology in the sports apparel will change the fan engagement and bring the future to any avenue that sport fans are gathered in set to launch end of 2022.
