Mr. Raj Kumar is the Chief Operating Officer and looks after the Operations and External Partnerships at Explorex. He is a founding member of the company and has been passionate about start-ups since his college days. He has helped Explorex expand its reach to 15+ cities and has onboarded more than 350 restaurants as partners. This is a significant achievement, as it shows that Raj and his team have been able to provide value to their customers and build strong relationships with them.
During the initial days of Explorex, Mr. Raj, along with his co-founders Mainak and Pritam, overcame the huddle of getting early adopters, as they onboarded 5 restaurants and took the product live.
Raj had full faith in the product and this belief shined through him and helped pave the way for onboarding early adopters and building a strong foundational team, as these two things played a pivotal role in achieving initial wins for Explorex.
Explorex’s product, Bridge, offers digital menus, automated ordering, integrated POS/mPOS solutions, payment solutions, inventory management, customer re-engagement tools, and analytics and reports, among other solutions. The company plans to continue acquiring more merchants, expanding geographically, and improving the value adds of its product line.
In addition to this, he is committed to Atma Nirbhar Bharat and is working towards creating a future where restaurants can access comprehensive solutions and employees can enjoy their jobs while providing an excellent customer experience.
