A seasoned Facility Management Professional with more than 24 years of experience in Administration, Engineering & Facility Management Services, Mr. Prabhat Kumar Srivastava has a significant contribution in maximizing company profitability by effectively controlling costs, cultivating high-margin opportunities, and introducing process improvement. Having skilled in spearheading administrative & facility operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance, cost control and highest level of customer satisfaction, through outstanding leadership expertise, he has proven skills in directing operations of facilities of all size/dimensions including general management, budgeting, P&L, staffing, contracts, / preventative / grounds maintenance and system upgrades.

With introduction of new technologies (computerization, systems/processes, equipment’s, improved training to maintenance personnel (on the best practices) and improved management processes (Constant review of operational practices/rationalization etc.), Independently set-up multiple projects. Budgeting & Cost control, Business Planning (Property Management), CAM Charges, FM designing, Vendor Management, Manpower planning, Transition Management. Proven track record of developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs.

As the General Manager – Operation (Facility Management Services) -North Region (OCS Group India Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Prabhat’s overall responsibility was managing the operations across all sites in the North (i.e., Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Moradabad, Jaipur). He was the main support to the operational sites on all aspects of operations including Technical, Soft Services, HR Compliance. And was responsible for preparation of yearly budgets, calculation of Cam Charges P&L forecast for existing and new sites. He also prepares Plan of action for Growth of Business in region; coordinates, manages and monitors the working of Facility Management Services for Residential, Commercial complex, IT & Industrial Sector. Analyzing Client requirement on the sites & initialize contract accordingly. Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets are also part of the work he carries.

Mr. Prabhat also handles transition management of the residential and commercial properties, which includes taking handover of completed projects from Project team & coordinating with Project Management for resolution of snags if found during taking over of the project. He also independently set-up multiple projects, involving estate management, agreements & MOUs, discussion with architects & consultants and vendor management and improved processes and policies in support of organizational goals. As a Facility management leader, his as well as the organization’s role is to Creating and maintaining an efficient live in environment, where they are responsible not only for handing over of the flats/commercial space but also the ongoing support and services & taking care of the resident grievances. The organization aims to attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
