Mr. P Rajasekhar identifies as a Lighting professional because he has devoted his entire existence to the industry. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a specialisation in automobiles and a degree in management. He believes that regardless of your field of study, your true identity is defined by your passion, which in his case is LIGHTING. Even though he is an Engineer, it was his creative intellect that guided him to where he is today! In his professional career, he has illuminated spaces ranging from thousands to millions of square feet. However, for him, each project is unique and demands the same level of dedication and focus, which is his success mantra. He can say with pride that his fixtures illuminate nearly all significant hotels, residences, farmhouses, hospitals, schools, and historic properties in the United States and abroad.
He had always desired to launch his own business, but the impetus for doing so was so compelling that he was compelled to abandon the status quo and launch a company that focuses on providing customer-centric solutions while revolutionising the core of the lighting industry and empowering small manufacturers/vendors to the extent that they become the world’s preferred lighting supplier. The primary objective was to devote the remainder of his career to the systematic development of lighting manufacturing processes and techniques so that the nation can compete internationally. They were not only interested in the product, but also the entire cycle, which includes certifications, packaging, and logistics, so that a client anywhere in the world can place an order and receive the service/product without any problems, which is currently dominated by China. They have been privileged to begin on the lines, as they are currently supplying a single international procurement company that ships products worldwide.
As with any other business, they encountered teething problems, but his determination never wavered. It was of utmost importance to him to assemble a group of individuals who share his futuristic outlook and passion, and who are able to accomplish what is required. Any new idea or project is only as excellent as its people, and if he had not been surrounded by like-minded, optimistic individuals, nothing would have been possible. His family and his staff are currently his greatest strengths.
They are solution providers, and their products and services include lighting fixtures, lighting consultation, and comprehensive projects, for which they also perform installation. It could be a new project for the supply, a renovation project, a project to retrofit the lighting fixtures, or a restoration project when we refer to solution providers. The bandwidth is tremendous, as are their capabilities.
He intends to broaden his horizons and gain the patronage of other large procurement firms in order to distribute Indian goods in the world’s main cities and become the topic of conversation for any design project.
As part of his social responsibility, the company and Mr. Rajasekhar labour ceaselessly to empower and elevate their vendor base. One of the company’s objectives is to make them more self-reliant by bringing new technologies to them and educating them on all the licences and other business nuances.
