Mr. Nitin Narang is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and legal expert, boasting over two decades of rich, post-qualification experience. He earned his stripes when he completed his Chartered Accountancy course in May 2002 and later enhanced his expertise with an LL. B degree in 2015. Prior to joining his current employer, Nitin’s impressive career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as Director at top-tier firms PricewaterhouseCoopers & Co. LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. His tenure at EY also included a transformative 1.5-year secondment in Atlanta, GA, where he further honed his tax expertise.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has skilfully navigated the labyrinth of complex tax regulations, crafting strategic solutions that not only comply with law but also drive corporate goals forward. His academic prowess and professional achievements provide a solid foundation for his expertise in both the theoretical and practical nuances of tax law and economics. This has allowed him to contribute significantly to the discourse on transfer pricing and taxation, evidenced by his contributions to various esteemed publications and his presence on the seminar circuit.
He has co-authored the India Chapter in the book – “Fundamentals of Transfer Pricing, Industries, Regions, New Technologies, and Other Topics”, edited by Dr. Raffaele Petruzzi, Giammarco Cottani and Michael Lang, Institute of Austrian and International Tax Law, Vienna – WU Transfer Pricing Center. Then, he co-authored the India Chapter for “Bloomberg Tax Transfer Pricing Forum – Fall 2021”. He also co-authored the Chapter on Transfer Pricing in India during and post Covid-19, for the book “Post-Pandemic Tax World” by Prof. Dr. Funda Basaran Yavaslar.
