Established under the leadership of Mr. Nirav Shah in the year 1997, the journey started from their home with just four people and a machine that could print only four colours. At present, it is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, operational at 30,000 sqm /day with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that helps cater to unique customers’ requirements making them India’s leading self-adhesive label manufacturing company with a clientele globally across industries such as cosmetics, beverages, fast-moving consumer goods, oil and lubricant, pharmaceutical, automobiles and agriculture. This year Letra Graphix reaches another major milestone i.e. it marks its silver jubilee with the completion of 25 years of excellence in the print industry. An inherent belief of our founder Mr Nirav Shah that “a product without an appropriate label is like a body without a soul”, which later became our lead motivation.
Today, our extensive range of labels consists of more than 10 types of different labels, where each label could become especially customised regarding the demands of both clients and the product industry. While some of our labels have been the very first in the market, LetraGraphix is always able to deliver promised unique high-quality labels. And it continues to be a synonym for trust, perfection and quality with its expertise and ability to manufacture various labels from Flimic, pressure sensitive, single, dual layer, multilayer, booklet, hanger, peal/tear and stick, security, shrink sleeve, etc., are a few to name some that caters to multiple industrial products.
Along with making innovations, Letra Graphix has always acknowledged the importance of our environment and takes responsibility for the environmental concerns that occur as a part of their work process and they are constantly taking strong measures with their partners to bring monumentally change in the process. Minimal wastage, sustainability, and cutting down on carbon footprint have been some key areas that are worked upon to bring effective change. They have been able to cut down 35% of their plastic usage and working to down it further in the upcoming years. Their constant conscious efforts made on the subject of sustainability and corporate social responsibility were more recently awarded a ‘Silver Medal Award 2022’ by EcoVadis, one of the world’s most trusted business sustainability rating institutions.
The organization has always been an active participant in the community and never shied from showcasing its resourcefulness towards the same for which they hold regular activities such as plantation drives, health camps, etc. And also, during peak times of the pandemic covid-19, they contributed through their work being it via their labels on these vaccinations, sanitizers or other medical help as well as developing anti- counterfeit and functional labels of critical Covid Drugs.
They also went the extra mile to help the people by distributing food packets, sanitizers, and other essentials in times of need. Customer satisfaction has always been a top priority for which they make constant efforts with our work pattern that comprises rigorous multiple check-ups, timely audits, regular follow-ups and seeking feedback, etc. to achieve the 6 sigma efficacies. As we continue to scale newer heights and win accolades while touching new milestones year after year, it all has been possible due to our founder and leader Mr Nirav Shah, under his dynamic leadership, entrepreneurial skills and contribution to the development of the market in this field. Among others, as of very recently his hard work of almost three-decade was appreciated by IAF with the “Golden Pinnacle Award 2022” for his outstanding contribution to the progress and development of the Indian economy and society at the “62nd National Summit on Atmanirbhar Bharat: Vision of New India” by the Indian Achievers Forum on 21st July 2022 in the capital.
