Mr. Natwar Kadel is a seasoned Human Resource professional and an impactful leader with a versatile experience of 15+ years in the field of Human Resources. He started his career with Hyundai Motor India Ltd. as a Management Trainee and has climbed the career ladder within a short span of time making him one of the youngest Leader in the company. Presently, he is designated as General Manager and Heading Centre of Expertise, People Strategy Division.
With his deep understanding of the Auto Industry in general and Hyundai Motor India in specific, he has created an excellent value proposition in all the roles he has played so far – Strategic Planning & Policies, Talent Management, Change Management, Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Manpower Management, Compensation, Organization Transformational Employee / Industrial Relations, Compliance, External Liaisoning and Culture Management.
His currently working on organization transformation on Human Capital front, Building Digitization Culture & Experience, Future of Work and building a forward looking Job and Career architecture design.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Mr. Natwar has completed his graduation in commerce and post-graduation in Social Work with HR as specialization. He holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI University, India and has also completed a Diploma in Training & Development, from Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD). He is a Certified Trainer in Compensation & Benefits by Middle Earth Consultancy. He has awarded diploma from Harvard Business School on ‘Negotiation Mastery’ and Business Analytics and in the year 2021 he completed his Doctorate in Business Management.
He white paper researches paper on Relationship on Organization Virtuousness and Organization ambidexterity has been published on various national and international journals including IGI Global.
He is an Office Bearer of NHRD and Life Member of ISTD, CHROMA and NHRD and other National HR Bodies / forums.
Other than his professional career, Mr. Natwar is a passionate orator who enjoys spending quality time with young students’ fraternity. He frequently engages himself with guest lectures in top B-Schools including IIM’s & IIT’s and other several Managements and Engineering colleges across India. He is also visiting faculty of top B Schools and on board of members for 5 universities.
His other interests include photography, blogging, reading books, travelling and long drives which persuades him to explore more and learn new things in life. He is currently writing a book on life lessons and corporate world “unnamed”.

Having the distinction of fastest growing employee in Hyundai Motor India Limited, Mr. Natwar Kadel has been recognized by major awards. He received the ‘Best Employer Award’ from Govt. of India (BOAT) for Best practices and management of Apprentices in the year 2014. To highlight some more awards that includes ‘Young HR Manager’ Award by CHROMA HR Fraternity, Young Leader award by FICCI and Professional Excellence in HR by CE Worldwide and have also garnered various Internal award by HMIL Employee of the Year in HMIL right first Year of Joining recently conferred as Best Core Value Team in Year 2022.
