Introducing Mr. Nalinikanth Josyabhatla, an accomplished professional with a track of over 25 years in the Indian Industry. Being a Mechanical Engineer, he started his career in core manufacturing sector and then moved into the IT space. Having worked with some of the leading IT giants, he helped various domestic and international customers in driving their ERP, Process Transformation and Digital initiatives across a variety of industry segments in different capacities.
Parallel to his career, he holds Licentiate diplomas in western classical music theory and composition from Trinity and London colleges of music. He believes that the human mind has the capacity to pursue multiple callings and only passion holds the key.
In his experience, he feels that curiosity and adaption are the key fuels for positive traction in life while integrity sustains it.
He keeps himself engaged in a continuous learning mode, picking up new subjects and topics to be abreast with latest trends in technology as well as execution methodologies and this helps organizations to achieve their goals through efficient means and ways. His innate scientific bent makes this journey more interesting, pragmatic and enjoyable.
Nalinikanth says that humility and empathy are the qualities that take us a long way in viewing the world around us in a different perspective altogether, be it in the professional space or in the social ecosystem.
In a personal capacity, he does Pro Bono coaching and mentoring in career building as well as in the study and appreciation of western classical music. He also does his bit in contributing to social causes and the flora & fauna. He intends to scale these activities up in the long term.
