In Cigniti Technologies, his current organization, he is credited with building up the entire process from scratch. Today, Cigniti boasts of having 60+ Fortune 500 firms using its services and is known for its digital transformation practices. It is said that a good sales guy can turn into a sales leader if he can not only understand the commerce of numbers accurately but also build a self-reliant team. Even while he is donning the role of Vice President: Demand Generation, he firmly believes one needs to stay on the field to understand the ground reality and customer pulse.
