Mr. Sinha is a Mining Engineer and an expert in Quality Management from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute. He has developed many mines and ensured the mining operations under a fool proof safety environment.  He is also instrumental in developing the 4MTPA Green Field Cement plant of Dalmia Group.

He has recently been focusing on the sustainability drive of Dalmia group, where Water management, green fuel, and excellence towards NET ZERO Carbon economy in this hard-to-abate sector. Being a passionate individual, he has strived to grow and has developed purely on his own merit in a challenging environment, which made him evolve into a great visionary leader and good team player.
