Mr. Kapoor is a Certified Commercial Arbitrator (IIAM), Certified Public Accountant (Ireland) and F.C.A; D.I.S.A; F.A.F.D (ICAI) B Com (Hons.). Currently he has developed an Integrated Financial & Legal Services Platform using latest technologies to cater the Indian as well global needs for Financial Products & Services, under their Startup Named “Make My Books E Services”. The organization provides End to End corporate, SME, MSME solutions to the industry for their Financial & Legal Needs, ranging from accounting services, to taxation compliances, set up of Business in India or offshore, Payroll Compliances, Funding & Investment Support, Financial Planning & Investment consultancy, Legal Consultation and Advisory.

Currently, Mr. Kapoor leads a group of 150+ Networked professionals in this Start up and has been witnessing a very positive reply from the markets. Make My Book E Services is a self funded venture and has a positive bottom line from First Year itself. They, as an organization have network partners in 10 Indian Locations and shall be live in 2 International Locations by Close of FY 2022-23. Mr. Kapoor also holds various positions at various Start-up Forums & has been actively engaged as an advisor & speaker in various platforms, including ICAI.

Also being a Law Aspirant, he is Developing a Niche Segment of services in “Inheritance Management Services” under their IP Product “THE WILL BUDDY”, wherein they are creating Inheritance Management as a Service (IMaaS) at global level, using Block-chain & Web3 platforms. They intent to educate the earning population to understand the importance of Inheritance Management from Initial age and shall make this segment highly cost effective, and easy to access for all age groups and income segments.
