He started his journey from a very humble beginning in 2013 with 3 employees and a small office in Kolkata and now the organization has 3 registered offices including offices in Beijing and Tianjin in China. AxiusSoftware is an ISO-certified Software Development and Digital Consulting company with registered offices in India & China and is a promising name in the IT industry that provides IT & Outsourcing Services, Digital Transformation Services, Business Solutions & Consulting for the past 9 years.
With Engineering and MBA as his educational background, Mr. Jayanta brings with him, more than 23 years of IT experience wherein he possesses 15+ years of extensive experience in China and has been into Leadership roles in TCS China (Tata Consultancy Services) and Infosys China. He is responsible for managing Business Development & Pre-Sales along with company’s overall Growth Strategy and Policies with his Co-Founder. He has always valued the ways of Building Trust and Relationship with different stakeholders along with driving positivity and being responsible for society and most importantly, the respect towards individuals. These are also percolated down the value-chain in axiusSoftware.
