Mr. Gagan Arora’s entrepreneurial path may be summarized in three words: upward, learning, and evolving. Mr. Arora has risen to the occasion, embracing his losses and failures as unique learning opportunities that have allowed him to develop and construct a larger image of his vision. Deprived of any financial or psychological support, although his circumstances were homeless but his vision wasn’t. He had a crystal-clear vision of using the best of his day-to-day business talents to start a technological and innovation trend. He took a risk and quit his work to pursue his one genuine dream, forsaking the security of a monthly salary and benefits. He experienced highs and lows in his success, but despite a few setbacks, his unwavering resolve to not settle for less kept him going.

With a strong vision and the will to transform the industry, he laid the pillars of his dream in a small garage in Florida in 2016 with a team of two, and has since, expanded his footprints across seven countries with a powerful workforce of over 1500+ people. As a President and a leader, he has applied all of his knowledge and experience to expand his present firm from two people to over 1500, with international offices in United States, United Kingdom, Philippines, Nepal, the Middle East, and Africa.

In addition, as a meticulous leader, he is also committed to teamwork, inspiring employees, maintaining shareholder trust, and interacting with stakeholders and the greater community as a diligent leader. Because of his various abilities and extensive experience, Mr. Arora stands out amongst other leaders.

Mr. Gagan Arora serves as the chairman of the FOREIGN INVESTORS COUNCIL-DELHI in order to improve the relationship between investors and companies seeking expansion support. Mr. Gagan Arora’s vision for upskilling and education for all helped lead to his role as Director Global Education Committee at ASIAN ARAB CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE, representing India as a Delegate for the GLOBAL CHAMBER OF BUSINESS LEADERS, and his recent appointment as Senator for India at the WORLD BUSINESS ANGELS’ INVESTMENT FORUM.

To broaden Vertex Group’s horizons even further, he founded Vertex Next in the Middle East in August 2021, which specializes in exhibitions, events, and large-scale conferences. In order to be the industry’s “Future of Work” torchbearer, he established VCosmos (Vertex Cosmos) in 2021, a new line of business that spans Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Call Center as a Service (CaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Talent as a Service (TaaS).

Mr. Gagan has always been admired for his leadership qualities in the sector. He had quickly brought his teams and enterprises to the pinnacle of their success and developed a global presence. Mr. Gagan, on the other hand, represents a class of entrepreneurs and professionals who believe in giving back to society.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, when the entire world was struggling with job losses and salary cuts, Mr. Gagan collaborated with all of his current and previous clients to develop a unique section on Vertex where he posted over 5000+ jobs for working professionals across all domains. Mr. Gagan has been working tirelessly to close the national job gap since the beginning of the pandemic. He has been mentoring new talent and educating them in life skills to help them survive this period as a responsible leader. He donated $40,000 to various NGOs across the country as part of his social obligation to the country to help meet people’s basic needs during the pandemic.

Mr. Arora’s work has been widely recognized, and he has been awarded with The World’s Greatest Leaders 2021-22 and he has also been awarded with the Asia’s Greatest Leaders 2020-21 by Asia One in collaboration with CNBC. In addition to this, he has received the CEO of the Year award seven times in a row, and topped the GMI and Forbes list amongst Top 100 Influencers in India two times in a row.

Passion is what propelled him from one achievement to the next. “Stop wishing and start doing if you believe there is something you’re intended to be doing and you have a passion for it.” he says.
