Mr. Dinesh Chauhan, an expert with 20 years of experience, is currently working with Booker India limited as Sr. Manager heading FMCG Food, Soft Drinks and Own Brands. Prior to working with Booker, Mr. Chauhan was with ABRL (now More retail), Reliance Retail in past. Booker India Limited is a subsidiary of Trent Limited, A TATA Enterprise, operating currently 9 ‘Booker Wholesale’ Cash and Carry trading Stores. These stores are committed to providing the best choice, price and service to Kirana Stores, traders, hotels, restaurants, caterers and small businesses.
Mr. Chauhan has achieved several milestones in his professional career. As a project, the organization has taken their Own Brand development through Booker in market. The organization has a range of 250+ of Fabsta, Klia and SKYE brand (FKS).
It’s been 10 months of the launch in Booker and as of today, they have been able to register 16000 + unique retail Customers who have purchased the FKS brand and are trading it from their outlets. Booker has appointed indirect distributors so that it helps them build more retailers.
The organization ensures that they are Driving / educating customer from store during customer meet and are able to explain the benefit of FKS brand and exclusive brand with higher margin. Currently FKS contribution has around 15% to relevant categories. And more than 60% of current customers are repeat customer.
