Mr. Chand Raina is a certified ‘Disruptive Strategy’ and ‘Growth & Transformation’ leader from one of the world’s renowned institutions Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business School respectively. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology Karnataka and MBA in Finance from IBS. He is a Business Strategy expert and has advised over 150 CxOs including few Fortune 500 companies in areas of Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, Strategic Cost Optimization initiatives, Technology Implementation and Digital Strategies. From the early stages of his career, Mr. Chand has actively been part of league involved in some of the best-known industry transformation initiatives like Renault Nissan Purchasing Office (RNPO) Synergy 500 program, One Tata Operating Model (OTON), and Design, Build and operate for one of the largest Shared Services Initiatives for an India based global conglomerate.
Mr. Chand heads the Sales & Relationships department for State Government business in India in current role. In capacity of this role, he is extensively meeting heads of all state governments to understand the key complexities which they are facing in day today governance. Basis understanding, he enables building the specific solutions to support governments in enhancing ease of governance while ensuring the effective implementation of government schemes. Along with being a hardcore professional, is an avid reader with the reading interest across strategy, business, self-improvement, scriptures etc. He also writes on the subject of Digital Governance, Supply Chain Management, Digital Transformations etc.
Mr. Chand Raina is a visiting faculty to many institutions of national repute including National Institute of Technology Calicut, Thakur College of Engineering, SVKMs Mumbai etc. He is a renowned speaker and a thought-leader, and has shared his views in many forums hosted by industry and government.
