At present, he serves as the Vice President and Global Leader of Genpact and managing service delivery in the area of business analytics and data science. His role as the vice president is to lead diverse and global teams spanned across USA, Europe, China, Middle East, Mexico and India. Prior to this, he has had the experience of working with large global organizations such as General Electric (GE), IMRB & Nielsen Research across industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Aviation, Power, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, CPG, Technology, Healthcare, Pharma, and Retail.

Apart from the rich experience and expertise, he has published several papers in leading international journals in the area of applied statistics, pricing analytics, sales force effectiveness, healthcare, predictive maintenance, and Bayesian methods etc. He also happens to be an eminent industry speaker on data science, business transformation, career management, etc and delivered more than 50+ lectures in IITs, IIMs, Delhi School of Economics, DTU, GIM, BHU etc.

Along with handling humungous professional responsibilities, he is a keen knowledge seeker and have a passion for academics and research in statistics, data science, and digital technology. Currently, he is Visiting Professor of Statistics and data science in IIM Amritsar, Master’s Union and BIMTECH. He is also a member of academic council and expert committee in several premium B-schools in India.
