Balaji.V has worked in all facets of the value chain across industry segment such VMI based manufacturing, High value logistics , FMCG. Prior to founding SCINNTC , Balaji.V was with Avvashya CCI , Allcargo , FSC , Writer Corporation , YCH , Gillette at leadership positions . He has instrumental in major turn around in the organisations served.
With an eye for business turnaround, process re-engineering and with diversified experience of manufacturing / sales & Marketing / supply chain logistics & ERP systems . After having served large corporates across various roles and function for over 2 decades , he wanted to transform the way Logistics designed and delivered in India , this was the seed to start a digitally enabled Supply chain company which synchronises all parts of the supply chain and deliver a seamless supply chain – providing complete visibility , deliver operational efficiency and cost optimization. SCINNTC is a Logistics company that “Delivers Logistics solution for a better tomorrow” . The demand for Supply Chain and Warehousing services came along and made way for SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions, which offers digitally enabled supply chain solutions. SCINNTC manages over 5 million sq. ft of warehouse space, 4.5 million sq.ft project site stores management is less than 3 years .
SCINNTC provides responsive and flexible logistics solutions for various industrial sectors with its gamut of services like in-plant & production logistics, returnable packaging , contract packaging , dark store , fulfilment centre , distribution centre , farm to fork, milk run supply, omni channel and last-mile delivery unit.
In the 1st of operation Scinntc has been recognised as “Emerging Supply Chain” for product innovation by Economic Times, CII recognised the digital supply chain solution developed and delivered to a large OEM with an award – “Seamless supply chain company of the year”. With many 1st to Scinntc credit and in path towards digitally enabled SCM , SCINNTC today ranks amongst top 10 company globally in Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M)service offering. His contribution to the industry positioned him amongst top 10 Supply Chain Leader in the country – in the recent survey conducted by CEO Insights magazine.
Apart from being a Co-founder & CEO of SCINNTC, Balaji is imparts his learning & best practices to various management institutes – he is a visting faculty apart is also member of various industry bodies and member of Academic Advisory Committee of couple of premier universities.
