The mission of Mentors4Yuva is to mentor the students & professionals of the nation to be service industry ready by equipping them with workplace skills for the “Corporate World”.

Ashutosh has 24 years of corporate experience in the service industry under his belt, in serving clients in industries like Telecom, E-Commerce, DTH, Retail, BFSI, Insurance, Collections, Devices, Travel & Gaming Industry and serving till an Assistant Vice President level in the Service Industry. During the course of his professional journey, he has been instrumental in creating, grooming and coaching future leaders along with leading on deliverables. Basis the virtue of these rich experiences, he now is a Renowned Public Speaker, Mentor, Career Coach & Consultant.
He is a person, who emphasizes on 2 aspects, one is “It is good to fail, failure is never the challenge, re-inventing after each failure is the challenge”. Second, “process is important, if the process is correct, results will follow”.
