Being an average student, Mr. Ashish Raksha could always relate to the challenges faced in the area concerned to transfer of knowledge. The modes and the means of learning than being limited made him passionate to do something thereby giving him the vision to choose a career that would satisfy him by transforming young minds with the knowledge needed to develop the necessary skills to not only perform their activities but also inculcate those behaviours which strengthen them, the organization and the nation. 

Mr. Ashish Raksha, is a seasoned Learning and Development professional and has had the opportunity to work with some of the renowned organizations like Tata Teleservices Ltd., Bureau Veritas, ITM University, and more. He has two decades of experience and expertise to deliver an augmented Learning Experience using a structured Instructional Design approach, frameworks used that blended seamlessly with the appropriate tools and delivery modes.

His passion to effectively simplify the complex learning content has always made him a better learner each day, says Mr. Ashish, adding further he says, this has helped him to transform and engage the learners from diverse backgrounds, cultural differences and across the organizations, the practices that are followed to deliver customised learning programs, ensure the content delivery with the appropriate learning methodology & relevance to the topic, appropriate delivery modes were selected like: Gamification, Microlearning & eLearning, Knowledge Management; Post-program evaluation techniques followed to measure learning, with Individual Development Plans for maintaining learning effectiveness.

Some of his key strengths include ability to view the project and its success adhering to the users’ requirement: Being involved from the need identification to solution deployment gave an end to end experience to view its success post-implementation, using the right tools and techniques at the right place: Possessing knowledge & skills of tools and techniques, helped me to understand the feasibility of the solution during the initial phases for e.g. when & where to use eLearning, Face to face interventions & Knowledge Management, Collaborative Learning, Individual Development Plan, ensure user engagement basis the demographic factors and general preferences based on TNI and TNAs (.e. mode of learning, duration, etc.) and setting up of the processes and framework: Building eLearning / L&D structures, frameworks and processes for varied kinds of interventions
