With over two decades of extensive industry experience spread across BFSI, FMCG & Auto sectors in various roles like sales, marketing as well as in a leadership capacity, Mr. Ashish Pandotra, Regional Head – Government & Institutional Business, ICICI Bank Ltd., has had the opportunity to analyze and understand the team members apart from regularly mentoring and counselling them on their career paths. With clarity and vision in his mind about the current industrial requirements, Mr. Pandotra understood both, the problem and the opportunity in front of his teams and he strives to bridge the gap in between.
