Mr. Ashish Hallan is a multi skilled professional who has demonstrated success in various roles around building Retail Distribution, Channel Management, Sales & Business Development, Strategy formulation managing large sales teams across various roles in the organisations like ExxonMobil Lubricants, ICICI Lombard General Insurance and HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co.
He began his professional journey as a sales manager at ExxonMobil lubricants at Pune in 1998 and then worked his way up the corporate ladder to National Manager in 2007 in ICICI Lombard and gradually moving and becoming the Head in 2019 of geo distribution and digital office at HDFC ERGO General Insurance. This pressing journey was filled with a lot of ups and downs and among various roles in Retail distribution has taught him lot of lessons and helped him to hone his skill set and improve the quality of his work.
The ‘on the job’ courses of The Management Development Program from IMM, Bangalore in 2012 and the Leadership Programme from London Business School in 2019, have helped him improve personally as well as professionally during the past few years. Mr. Ashish likes to sincerely thank the Indian Achiever’s Forum to honour him with the “Man of Excellence” Award. He says, “This award recognises my professional work in the last 24 years.
