Achiever's Success Story
Anupam Shrey - The Architect of Digisafe
After working several years for rural India, Mr. Anupam asked himself, “How can I add more value in life of rural population”. One day he read, “Over 830 million people who live in rural India, only 3 percent have some sort of insurance cover, and that’s largely because of the expenses, lack of trust and understanding of the insurance sector, and a gap in the claims process”. Now with vision to provide simple and affordable financial tools to rural population, he ended up formulating a sustainable, cost-effective business model that could serve the rural population vis-a-vis insurance much better. That’s how, In November 2020, they set up DigiSafe, where he works as a founder and Director of the firm.
DigiSafe, is a smart, tech-backed insurance startup to makes insurance more accessible in rural India. It offers simplified products of Motor, Health, Livestock, and Crop Insurance and helps rural customer make better, informed insurance-buying decisions by identifying their needs and calculating the extent of insurance coverage they would need.

India can become Atamnirbhar only if we make rural household resilient to uncertainties. They are just doing this one step at a time and he belives in giving back to society and it is just a start of that.
