Mr. Anish leads all Cyber Security and Privacy initiatives at his organization (Integreon) envisioning to align his company with the best in the industry and be a strong choice for prospective clients and his areas of expertise include ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO9001, ISO22301, ISO 31000.  He also holds an A+ Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt and has an MBA degree in Quality & Operations Management. Some of his major achievements – would be to ensure information security, Privacy risk management & seamless Business continuity in the pandemic and giving clients confidence that remote working doesn’t always mean comprising on security. Endless and rigorous hours on planning and brainstorming multiple strategies helped to achieve his massive task.

The Key focus in establishing InfoSec has been to achieve an organizational mindset at embedding core aspects that are fundamental in designing a robust security architecture. Information security governance and risk management has been the fundamental aspect of my work. An active approach to constantly assess the threat landscape and formulating strategies to better manage risk. The approach of in-depth audits based on the ISO 27001 framework and Risk Management 31000 has ensured in developing stringent process that are closely aligned with managing risks to the organization. Well-planned Risk management strategies & project plans led to devise successful BCJs resulted in better budgeting and acquiring mitigative countermeasures like Encryption and Rights management technology that will actively manage risks of unauthorized access and encrypt data at rest thus limiting attacks that could lead to the breach of PII SOC with NextGen SIEM Technology & UBA has bolstered security monitoring and real time alerting. Recent attacks levering the Log4j (2021) & SolarWinds-Sunburst (2020) were successfully evaded.

Advanced Vulnerability Management program using best in standard Vulnerability scanning tools and detail oriented VAPT program that ensures periodic scanning of critical assets to detect and mitigate critical risks. While Cyber – Security is paramount in today’s highly Agile work dynamic, Anish has laid strong emphasis in several of my Top management meets on the securing the weakest link i.e., humans. The organization’s associates/employees are on the fundamental assets that are at constant risk either working from office or remotely. The threat actors develop advanced methods to target them. A successful management of Information Security would not be complete without addressing Privacy in the new age. Ever since the initial buzz around GDPR, Anish has dedicated specific efforts to ensure detailed controls & process are developed to manage Privacy requirements and address an/all Risks that should arise. With a vision to embed Privacy into all key aspects of governance, they plan to introduce the PIMS standard 27701:2019 and have an end-end implementation of the framework.
