Amit is a multiple award-winning global HR Leader with over 15 years of experience in regional and international roles across Europe, North America, and Asia. His expertise spans high-growth digital technology companies and global matrix organizations in various industries focusing on Digital HR Transformation, Scale-up HR Business Leader, OD, and Change roles.
He has successfully scaled technology companies in different countries, leveraging digital HR and AI-powered automation. He led an accelerated scale-up of InfoCepts, recognized by Gartner as one of the world’s top-40 data and analytics solutions companies. He is passionate about HR Technology, identifying opportunities to raise digital skills, capabilities in the workforce, to enhance employee experience in a remote environment.
He is a mentor to tech start-up online incubator Faster Capital based in Dubai, UAE, and DAREarts, a not-for-profit established in Toronto focused on building digital skills for children and youth in Canada.
Living and working in the UK, USA, Canada, India, Singapore, and Malaysia has developed his cultural awareness, ability to navigate barriers, helping companies tap the right skills and talent, enabling access to markets, all critical ingredients for sustaining growth, driving the international expansion of technology companies.
He is a mentor in TRIEC, a structured mentoring program raising awareness on digital skills and enhancing employability of newly landed technology professionals in the Greater Toronto Region.
He is a frequent speaker on Digital HR, HR Tech and AI, Digital Workplace, Digital Employee Experience, Scale-Up Strategies at international HR Technology conferences. In addition, he enjoys deep connections in the global technology communities and ecosystem.
Mr. Masram holds an MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai, India, and an MA in International Journalism from City, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Trichy, India.
