Mr. Ajay Kamath has over 17 years of Digital Marketing & Transformation experience. He began his journey through training people/students on Digital Transformation as he found out that there is a huge skill gap in our country with respect to Digital/Internet skills. He is currently working as a Senior Director for iSOCRATES and Heading the Digital Marketing training, onboarding and Digital Operations teams. He has lead large teams with 1000+ members during his tenure. He is best known for encouraging local talents with average communication to be hired as they won’t get ample opportunities.

Mr. Kamath has delivered more than 1000 trainings for free of cost in different institutions/universities and locations on Digital Transformation, Data security, Analytics, Automation and other related aspects and has trained more than 1500 people so far and helped over 520 students so far to secure a job in the industry. He has also simplified most of the concepts with examples and also in local language to train rural people, who are not well versed with English language.

He has successfully delivered programs across Karnataka on Digital Marketing (Search, Social, Email Marketing, Ad Operations, Digital Strategy, Digital marketing applicability in various domains like Construction, Health Sciences, Education, Small businesses, Sports management etc. Most of these programs delivered without any remuneration as Mr. Kamath believes that one should contribute towards the development of society. He has tied up with few NGOs to give back time to society and create more job opportunities.
