Mr. Aditya Anand’s Impeccable journey as a Visionary Leader

As a Visionary, data-driven, passionate about team building, cool under pressure and one who nimbles against change, Mr. Aditya Anand carries the weight of delivering revenue for Viral Fission, one of Asia’s largest youth community platform that bridges the gap between India’s most capable youth and the brands they love, through engagements and experiences.  One of the co-founders and partner, Mr. Aditya leads the business development team at the digital media house. Having graduated with a degree in BSc Economics from Russell Square International, UoL, his principles are centered on the core of economic theories and tools. His role as Chief Revenue Officer involves pitching to brands, team conceptualization and execution of campaigns, besides sales and ensuring a well-aligned market-facing narrative.

Born and raised in Mumbai by parents who are media veterans, Mr. Aditya believes that his desire to transcend their legacy is a huge driving force behind his daily motivation. With over six years of rich experience, he specializes in driving revenue functions for digital media houses. He has moved across divisions to develop a strong market understanding and business acumen. At the beginning of his career, within a span of two and a half years, Mr. Aditya leapt from being a Sales Executive to Regional Head at a renowned Content Publishing firm, generating revenue worth USD 1.5 million during his tenure.

Followed by a four-year tenure at leading digital entertainment company, Culture Machine, moving on to Bytedance India before combining forces with the Viral Fission crew. Mr. Aditya’s ability to strive beyond his comfort zone and eagerness to explore newer avenues has garnered him the title of a monetization expert. Having completed his MSc in International Business Management from Aston Business School, Birmingham UK, Aditya’s approach to a logical analysis of social and individual decision making is certainly well-polished.

Under Mr. Aditya’s leadership, VF has hand-picked and boarded over 25 selected brands, a few of which includes the likes of Meta Spotify, Myntra, Pepsi, Times Network, OnePlus, Fastrack and Vice India among others.
