Manoj is an innovator, technology enthusiast and practical product developer. He holds multiple design patents for his innovative work.

His motivation to help others has been there in him since early days. He comes from a humble background where his family been involved in washing/ironing clothes (Dhobhi) for others. While ironing the clothes, he always used to think that the situation will always change for good.

He strongly believes that the knowledge should be shared and we should grow together instead of an individual growth.

Customer centric and understanding of processes, methodologies while developing products and with least resources is the key knowledge he is inculcating in product developers and students. Multiple startups, students have gained from his mentoring and are successfully launching products.

He is also founder of Badagharwala Technologies Pvt Ltd. which develops technical solutions in education, technology products. They also impart 3D based concepts learning and skill development for students of classes 5 and above.
