Launched in a highly competitive space rife with overpromising claims and substandard imitations, LifeWear chose a different path. It didn’t just enter the market—it sparked a movement. One focused not just on selling orthopedic soft goods, but on empowering people to live better, move freely, and feel proud of the support they wear.
“We wanted to give people not just products, but confidence and quality of life,” says Mr. Jijith, India CEO of LifeWear. “That meant making supports people are proud to wear, not hide.”

From the elderly seeking joint support to young athletes recovering from injury, LifeWear has become a household name associated with reliability, empathy, and modern medical care.

India’s Divya Deshmukh during the Women’s World Cup final against compatriot Koneru Humpy on Monday. (FIDE)
Divya Deshmukh, 19, won the FIDE Women’s World Cup by defeating Koneru Humpy, becoming India’s fourth chess Grandmaster, in Batumi, Georgia. The 19-year-old capped her remarkable run to the final by winning with the black pieces in the second rapid game, after the first game ended in a draw. The final went to a tie-break after both classical games were drawn.
After the first rapid tie-break game was also drawn, Divya capitalised on a late mistake made by her 38-year-old opponent, Humpy, who is the reigning world rapid champion, to emerge victorious. The error occurred on Humpy’s 54th move, and Divya, seizing the opportunity, did not let it slip away. With this victory, Divya becomes the fourth Indian player to earn the Grandmaster title, joining Humpy, Harika Dronavalli, and R. Vaishali. Both Divya and Humpy, having reached the final, have already qualified for the Candidates tournament, where the winner will challenge the reigning women’s world champion, China’s Ju Wenjun.
Divya’s outstanding achievement adds to the accolades of India’s young chess prodigies, coming shortly after D. Gukesh won the FIDE World Championship in Singapore at the age of 18.
“I need time to process this,” said an emotional Divya in an interview just minutes after her victory. “It feels like fate that I achieved my GM title this way, as I had only one norm. This means a lot to me, but there is still much more to achieve. This is just the beginning.”
In 2023, she won the Asian Continental Women’s title and, despite being a last-minute replacement and the lowest seed, claimed the top position in the Tata Steel Women’s Rapid section, finishing ahead of the reigning world champion, Ju Wenjun. In 2024, she won the World U-20 Girls Chess Championship, remaining unbeaten and finishing in sole first place with a score of 10/11 points.

In 2024 alone, data breaches caused losses of over $6 trillion globally, not due to weak firewalls or outdated passwords, but because enterprise data pipelines lacked trust, visibility, and control. In today’s hyper-connected world, where real-time data powers digital decisions, the question isn’t just how we move data, but whether we can trust it.
For over two decades, I’ve worked at the crossroads of enterprise integration, secure systems, and system reliability. I’ve witnessed this: while businesses invest in AI, automation, and cloud migration, they often overlook the invisible infrastructure responsible for securely moving, validating, and protecting sensitive data across their ecosystems.
This is where we must shift the conversation – from data transfer to data trust.
The New Imperative: Zero Trust Data Architecture
Traditionally, file transfer systems focus on automation and availability. But with evolving cyber threats, these are no longer enough. Enterprises now require platforms that:
Secure data at rest and in transit
Provide real-time observability
Enforce context-aware access policies
Adapt across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
This has led to the rise of Zero Trust Data Architecture (ZTDA). This paradigm assumes no data flow is inherently safe, and every transaction must be verified, monitored, and governed. It’s no longer about trusting the network. It’s about trusting each data exchange, end to end.
Having designed and implemented solutions for critical and sensitive data exchange, I’ve seen how ZTDA principles, combined with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) automation and observability, transform fragile, high-risk pipelines into intelligent, self-aware systems.
Predictable, Resilient, and Ethical Systems
Alongside security, I advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a key discipline to elevate enterprise trust. Through proactive automation, anomaly detection, and data observability, SRE empowers teams to build predictable and resilient systems that don’t just function – they evolve.
“In an era where every decision is driven by data, building secure, observable, and ethically grounded systems isn’t just good engineering – it’s leadership.”
— Anil Soni
The Future: Trust as a Strategic Asset
Data trust, like revenue or compliance, will soon become a boardroom priority. Organizations that treat it as a core strategy, not just an IT function, will earn a competitive advantage in an AI-powered economy.
For forward-thinking leaders managing data systems, here are key questions to consider:
Can you trace every critical data exchange in real time?
Is access governed by policy, not just credentials?
Will the system detect and respond to anomalies autonomously?
If the answer is “no” to any of these, it’s time to rethink your integration strategy.
Final Thoughts
Building trust is no longer a soft concept. It’s a technical, strategic, and leadership challenge. As we accelerate into an AI-driven future, trustworthy data systems will define which organizations lead and which fall behind.

Italian tennis player and the world No. 1 Jannik Sinner sealed his first victory in the men’s singles final at Wimbledon on Sunday against the Spanish player Carlos Alcaraz. He took three hours and four minutes to beat the two-time defending champion Alcaraz in four sets (4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4).
Sinner changed the course of the match in his favour by overcoming first-set loss nerves to win his fourth Grand Slam trophy and first on the famous Centre Court at the All-England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. The win also snaps Sinner’s streak of five successive defeats against Alcaraz, taking their head-to-head in ATP matches to 8-5 in the Spaniard’s favour. In the match, Alcaraz came back from 2-4 down to break Sinner twice and clinch the first set 6-4. However, the champion showed calmness to break Alcaraz at crucial moments, winning three sets in a row to claim his first Wimbledon crown. Jannik Sinner has become the first Italian to win the Wimbledon men’s singles title. It had never been done before, even before the Open Era. During the post-match ceremony, Sinner engaged in playful banter with his brother, who had come to watch his match. He said, “It is so special because seeing my parents here, my brother, my whole team, it is amazing. A special thanks to my brother because there is no Formula 1 race this weekend, that is why he is here!” He was also emotional after his win and was seen smiling at his box after the match. “It feels emotional because only me and the people who are close to me know exactly what we have been through on and off court, and it has been everything except easy,” he said. “We have tried to push every practice session, even though I was struggling at times mentally. Maybe even more in practice sessions, because I feel like when I play the match, I can switch off and just play. I believe that this helped me a lot.”
It also proved to be Sinner’s first Grand Slam title since his doping ban came to an end, and he also lost to Alcaraz in the Roland Garros final.
