After 12 years of experience working with private and government architectural firms, Kshititi established her practice, Shree Designs, in 2009, named in honour of her guiding light, her father. Kshititi believes in “Creating Healing Spaces.” She aims to balance the need for standardisation and sterility in healthcare with designs that also bring the patient experience to the forefront. From hospitals to specialised clinics, patients should be surrounded by environments that support their journey to good health.

It wasn’t long before Kshititi realised that large set-ups or healthcare chains attracted much attention and had no shortfall of service providers. Even though the smaller private set-ups in India play a pivotal role in the industry, it was an under-serviced segment. In her quest to develop top-class healthcare facilities accessible to one and all, Kshititi made a concerted effort to work with providers in this segment.

With over 25 years of rich experience in healthcare design, Kshititi heads a team of passionate and skilled architects who have completed projects across many cities in India and is looking to spread their wings internationally.
