As Chief Impact Officer at the Innova Foundation and Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving at Innova Solutions, Ms. Nita Sardana has masterfully integrated social responsibility into the core operations of a global leader in IT and talent solutions.

In 2013, she and her daughters—Sonia and Shivani—launched the Innova Foundation with an initial focus on making the world of technology a more inviting place for women through partnerships with local organizations. With this deep-rooted belief in inclusion and equality at its core, she has driven the foundation to break educational and professional barriers—particularly for women and other underrepresented groups.

With the help of her vision, the Innova Foundation has prospered by forming alliances with more than 175 charitable organizations worldwide. At home in Georgia, she has been a champion for Women in Technology (WIT), a group that sponsors educational and professional opportunities for women in the technology sector. In 2023, she spearheaded the opening of the Innova EmpowHER Center in partnership with Dress for Success Atlanta, which provides essential resources for women to thrive professionally. Additionally, her extensive collaboration with the Jeannette Rankin Foundation highlights her commitment to transforming the lives of older, low-income women through educational opportunities.

With a global focus, her work extends into her homeland of India, where she has launched significant education and health initiatives. Under her guidance, the Innova Foundation has transformed several primary schools, donating vital resources such as computer labs, digital tablets, and smart boards to enhance the learning environment for thousands of children. Also in the region, the Innova Foundation’s work with The Earth Saviours Foundation and Akshaya Patra showcases a holistic approach to support—balancing basic human needs with environmental sustainability and educational initiatives. In March 2024, the foundation completed a vaccination drive in partnership with Rotary International, which administered vaccinations against cervical cancer to 1,300 girls in Delhi. This program exemplifies Nita’s holistic approach to empowerment—addressing health barriers enables children to focus on getting an education rather than illness.

Her myriad achievements—including her induction into the YWCA of Greater Atlanta’s Academy of Women Achievers and selection as a recipient of Rotary’s Lifetime Woman of Impact Award—are a testament to her effectiveness as a leader. Yet, her impact goes beyond these accolades. As part of her work as VP of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving, Nita regularly creates social programming, such as podcasts, eBooks, and live panel events, to advocate for systemic change through education.
