Miten Makawana’s journey at RMP Bearings Ltd. is a story of vision, dedication, and transformational leadership. Joining the company at the young age of 25, Miten brought with him a strong global perspective shaped by his engineering education in London, followed by an MBA pursued overseas. It was both a responsibility and an honour for him to train under the founder of RMP Bearings, Mr. C. M. Miten began his professional journey at RMP an Assistant Manager, and soon got promoted to Director of Operations, where he took on the challenge of building the company’s domestic and export aftermarket division from scratch. Starting with zero resources, he conceptualized, structured, and scaled the division into a robust operation employing over 130 field staff across India. His strategic planning, operational discipline, and market understanding played a pivotal role in opening new growth avenues and strengthening RMP’s market presence.

Over time, Miten assumed the role of Managing Director, overseeing the company’s complete operations, including OEM clients, export markets, and the rapidly growing aftermarket segment. Under his leadership, RMP Bearings has witnessed steep and sustained growth, expanding its workforce to over 1,200 employees and significantly strengthening its global footprint.

Beyond business success, Miten Makawana is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility. RMP regularly conducts blood donation drives, tree plantation initiatives, and town infrastructure improvement programs. On a personal level, Miten has adopted and supports 40 elderly couples by providing essential medicines and non-perishable food.

Born into a humble farming family in Nagla Shyam a small village in the Agra district of Uttar Pradesh the journey began with simplicity determination and resilience. Financial constraints meant that education and employment had to go hand in hand. While continuing higher studies a job as a bank security guard became the first step into the professional world.

Balancing work and education required perseverance. Alongside full time responsibilities a Bachelor of Arts degree followed by a Bachelor of Laws was completed. Integrity dedication and consistent performance led to a promotion to Supervisor marking the first major professional milestone. This progression opened doors within the private security industry and laid the foundation for long term growth.

With time and experience roles expanded rapidly from Field Officer to Area Manager each position adding deeper operational exposure and leadership responsibility. A significant career advancement came with joining Apex Group of Companies as Deputy General Manager where large scale operations strategic planning and multi location management became central responsibilities.

Over more than fourteen years in the Security and Facility Management industry the professional journey has been defined by handling some of India’s most prestigious and complex projects. These include security operations for India’s first Bullet Train Project the Central Vista Project HPCL Refinery Barmer Agra and Kanpur Metro Projects the Ram Mandir Project and the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor among others. Each assignment demanded precision compliance coordination with government authorities and an unwavering focus on safety and efficiency.

In 2024 the entrepreneurial journey took shape with the founding of Marathon Security Services along with co founding Zetouch Security Services Private Limited. Based in Jaipur Rajasthan these ventures represent the culmination of years of experience vision and commitment to delivering high value security solutions.
