Hospitality and retail interiors require in depth understanding of business for which outlet is being done. His experience is very handy for the brands to achieve the desired  design, over all build objective and functionality of the project.  This let to numerous successful projects and continued business to him from the clients.  This is backed by a robust and dependable team which has been had picked and developed by him over the years.

Ravi Kumar has rich experience of Corporate world in the field of Business Development and New store roll out. After Doing his MBA in Information Technology from AIMA-IIS, in 1997, he started his carrier with CADD Centre as Sales Engineer and worked with various organization. His last assignment was with Ballarpur Industries Limited ( Thapar Group )  before joining Innovative Design Associates in 2010. This organization was founded by his wife and partner in 2001.
