He is a leadership development and talent management professional with 18+ years of global experience in Organizational & Leadership Development aligned to strategic corporate goals across diverse industries. Over these years he has led large-scale change management initiatives across the country and abroad; training and mentoring initiatives, and providing value through enhanced organizational effectiveness.
As an experienced, leadership professional, he is a process focused on helping leaders deliver bottom-line results, and achieve talent engagement.
