With distinction, she completed her undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University, India in 2015. Shortly after this, she began her career with Tata Consultancy Services as a ServiceNow Administrator and what started as an entry-level role soon evolved into a purposeful career path.
Over the years, she has climbed every rung of the ServiceNow ladder, transitioning from a ServiceNow administrator, developer, and platform specialist to now working as a Senior Technical Consultant at ServiceNow Canada, a testament to her evolution in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Her mastery of the platform’s architecture, combined with deep client engagement, enabled her to design and deliver ITSM solutions that created measurable value. Having worked with clients across the globe, she brings a truly global perspective to her work. Her focus lies at the intersection of intelligent automation and IT service delivery, with core expertise in Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agents, Agentic AI, and responsible automation frameworks.
Beyond her core role, she is a vocal advocate for community-driven learning. She mentors emerging professionals, organizes developer meetups in Montreal, and actively contributes to the ServiceNow community. Her thought leadership features on platforms like HackerNoon and LinkedIn.
