Championing Compassion, Clarity, and Holistic Wellbeing
With over two decades of experience spanning education, counselling, and therapeutic communication, Poonam Bhargava stands out as a leading voice in holistic wellbeing and human-centred learning. As the founder of VNAND – The Learning Academy, she has consistently worked at the intersection of emotional intelligence, career mentoring, and compassionate care, empowering individuals across life stages and professions.
A gold medallist with a master’s degree in education from Dayal Bagh Deemed University, Agra, Poonam’s academic grounding is complemented by globally recognised credentials as a certified holistic wellbeing counsellor and global career counsellor. Her work reflects a deep belief that emotional clarity and self-awareness are not supplementary skills but essential foundations for sustainable success and wellbeing.
Poonam’s professional engagements span academic institutions, medical colleges, healthcare platforms, and digital health initiatives. She is a Content Creator and counsellor for Empfly’s AI app Tara, where she provides psychological guidance to breast cancer patients, bringing empathy and evidence-based insight into digital healthcare. As an Institutional Associate with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) under the Government of India, she contributes to certified programs in self-care and compassionate patient engagement.
Her training work with BAPIO UK medical students, aligned with the AETCOM curriculum, and her sessions with hospitals and universities across India underline her commitment to integrating communication, empathy, and mindfulness into professional practice. A member of the International Association of Therapists (IATH), Poonam advocates for global best practices in therapeutic support.
Through VNAND, she continues to build spaces where students, parents, educators, and professionals learn not just to perform better—but to live and lead with awareness, compassion, and balance.
