Currently serving as HR Business Partner, Deputy Manager at the Allana Group, Namrta plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals across the complex meat value chain. Her work spans strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition across pan-India operations, performance management, leadership enablement, and building high-trust cultures in high-pressure environments. Known for her ability to balance empathy with execution, she acts as a coach, advisor, and culture custodian across teams and leadership levels.
Her experience prior to Allana reflects the same passion and purpose. From leading People & Culture charters at Ice Kube Media and Aptech to managing learning and talent initiatives at Sony Pictures Networks and Inchcape Shipping Services, Namrta has consistently driven impact through effective systems, thoughtful engagement, and a people-first approach. Early in her career, her entrepreneurial leadership as a Centre Manager across multiple establishments strengthened her operational acumen and customer-centric mindset.
Beyond corporate roles, Namrta is a co- founding member and President of UNIMO – Universe of Moms – one of India’s largest communities for women driving digital engagement, influencer collaborations, and large-scale social impact initiatives.
A state-level handball player, award-winning psychology graduate, and certified fitness trainer, she brings discipline, emotional intelligence, and holistic well-being into every space she leads.
