Her foundation was built in the hospitality industry. Over the years, she gained significant experience working with leading Indian and global multinationals such as Indian Hotels Company, Taj Hotels & Resorts, PepsiCo India, Plaza Premium, and Pernod Ricard India. Working with these companies gave her a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, service operations, and global standards – insights that shaped her entrepreneurial journey.
When Liberatha founded DreamFolks in 2008, her vision was both innovative and bold: democratizing access to premium travel and lifestyle services. At a time when airport lounges were seen as exclusive privileges, she imagined a structured, scalable platform that could make such experiences accessible to a wider audience through partnerships with banks, card networks, OTAs, fintechs, and enterprises.
What began with airport lounge access gradually evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem of 20+ services – from global lounges and airport transfers to meet-and-assist, spa services, golf, beauty & grooming, healthcare, members-only clubs, visa services, and more. Today, DreamFolks’ footprint spans over 3,000 touchpoints across 100+ countries, reflecting both scale and reach. In FY25 alone, 10.9 million passengers accessed services powered by DreamFolks – a testament to the trust the platform has built across stakeholders and travellers alike.
