Mr. Umaasudhan Nataraja is a 20+ year software veteran who started his journey from the prestigious PSG College of Technology, India, completing his Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering. He architected and delivered many key customer-impactful projects around the world, working with leading Companies like TCS India, Saudi Airlines, Woolworths Australia, Kaiser Permanente, Apple Inc., HHSC Texas, Blue Shield of California, Sephora USA, and Amazon USA.  

He worked on a novel approach in January 2016 and applied for the patent on the Methodology for enabling Ringback tunes without Mobile network operator dependency. The patent aimed at bringing many Value Based Services (Voice Mail, Visual Voicemail, Caller Tunes, VOIP, Location Services, etc.) into the Mobile Application layer without dependency on network operators, bringing down the cost and also making these features available for end users globally.  The patent was granted by the Indian Government in March 2024, “METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ENABLING RINGBACK TONE SERVICE WITHOUT NETWORK DEPENDENCY” Patent No 522597.

In 2017, he founded Sudhan Technology Solutions (Tamil Nadu, India ) and launched the software-based Caller/Ringback Tune Solution that was downloaded more than Half a million times by Google Play users on Android Phones. In Apr 2019, he launched the “VoMail Video voicemail service” Mobile Application that enables users from any part of the world to access Voice and Video Mail services free without network dependency.  The social good apps VoMail, Wring, Easy Voicemail, Truther, Locistory, launched by him, are a great testament to the patent providing a new Telecommunication Architecture for VAS that can free users from Monthly Fees. With the help of the new framework, many VOIP and Social media features can become free for users with just smartphone access and zero Mobile Network Operator costs.
