Mr Sastry holds postgraduate degrees in Science, Business Management, and Ecology & Environment, and has expanded his international outlook through the Global Strategy Program at Harvard Business School. His career features involvement in international technical and leadership forums in the U.S., Japan, Germany, Thailand, and Indonesia, offering him insights into global industrial techniques and leadership styles.
An ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with advanced training in Team Coaching (ACTC), he mentors senior leaders and leadership teams to enhance organisational capability and leadership effectiveness.
