Mr. Sathuvalli Bhargav is from a place where National Anthem has been tuned by great Rabindranath Tagore, i.e. Madanapalli. Completed 11th & 12th with 100% Scholarship, scored 95.6% in 12th and secured admission at “SASTRA Deemed University”, Thanjavur. He completed his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering as a 2nd Rank holder & Dean’s Lister for 3 consecutive years.
Started his professional journey at SHV Energy as GET & then moved to corporate projects, worked with the Leadership team at the Head office. Received the Best Employee of the year for the consistent performance in the organization for 3 consecutive years. Apart from that, he has provided tremendous support to the CSR Activities and volunteered in more than 25 various Social causes that were organized in & outside of his work.
Post the 4.5 years of journey with SHV Energy, he has worked in UAE- Brothers Gas LLC for a short stint of 1 year on a contractual role. A lot of initiatives in terms of Safety at plant, Mock drills, Innovative Toolbox etc. were started by him.
Post BG LLC, he has worked with L&T for 1 year as an FTC. During this short stint, he has received the L&T offshore Champions award in the best learner category. He is an MBA-University Gold Medallist & Best in Academics Award-BOB Alliance University, Bengaluru
Currently he is working for Accenture Nordics as Senior HR Partner-TP&O where the impact that he created in the last 18 months, was recognized for various awards such as “Star of the Business”, “Client Value Creation”, Trailblazer” etc.
