Mr. Sanjeeb Parida’s journey began with a strong academic foundation. He earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry and a PG Diploma in Bioinformatics with a first-class score and received multiple industry certifications. His undergraduate degree in Biotechnology, completed with distinction, further honed his analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
He has built an exceptional career as a Junior Scientist in Jubilant Biosys, driving data for clinical trials and Bioanalytical uses. He published 2 International publications in Cardiac Myxoma and Breast cancer as below;

After his scientific journey, he pursued his further career in Business development and marketing and worked as an Area business manager in reputable Pharma companies, and then shifted to the critical life science logistics industry (from Key Account Manager to National roles). During his journey in Logistics, he has achieved multiple milestones and received recognition in multiple forums, including;
- Business Leader in 2022 by IAF for his contribution to achieving the maximum market share in the critical logistics sector.
- Innovative Business leader in 2024 by IAF for his innovative solutions to the critical logistics in Clinical trials and Cell and gene therapy.
With all his hard work for more than 18 years, he got promoted in 2025 at CRYOPDP, a Part of DHL Health Logistics, as Director Sales – APAC to build a strong presence for the company in Asia Pacific.
His contributions extend beyond technical expertise. As a mentor and leader, he fosters collaboration and creativity, streamlining workflows and boosting productivity. Her innovative mindset is reflected in his achievements in growing his team to the next level of the company’s vision, addressing real-world challenges effectively.
His leadership vision on capturing market share and a strong customer relationship within the Asia-Pacific area will surely give him and his team wings for further success. His role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering a high-performing sales culture will continue to be important, and we recognize this by awarding him the Man of Excellence Award at this year’s “Role of CSR in Mission Viksit Bharat by 2047” IAF.
