He has worked in various reputed Automotive manufacturing and Global Logistics MNCs, where his Leadership qualities, COE, Innovative approach, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies have played a key role and are commended within the Industry.

His professional competencies span Operations, Performance Management, Budgeting, Financial Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Team Leadership, Transformation & Change Management, Business Strategy Planning, Feasibility Studies. He has held various C-Suite Leadership roles with clear acumen, having traveled to over 40 countries for International Business Development.

To enhance and pursue his passion, Paul George founded Next Gen Solutions in 2020, www.nexgensolutions.in to humanize data by translating numbers into actionable insights, helping clients make better decisions, and working by their side to foster change with confidence, empathy, and purpose. Since then, he has worked with leading organizations across various industries, providing expertise and credibility in Strategic profitability Improvement, Digital & Technology, apart from Advisory Solutions to help organizations succeed with strong work ethics and integrity.

He is very passionate about Coaching, Mentoring, and Training the next generation of Logistics leaders, and providing Logistics Consultancy. He is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, hard-working, mature team player, coupled with the ability to inspire, influence, and empower others to work collectively toward a shared vision, and adaptable to all challenging situations.

Over the last few years, he has been responsible for developing various Export parts valued at USD 600,000 p.a. for the International Markets under the “Make in India” Program, which has earned him a high recognition and thereby forging long-term customer relationships.

As a LIFE MEMBER of IIMM, he has been awarded for outstanding contributions to Materials and SCM within the Industry.
