With over a decade of experience in IT consulting, Mr. Nagendra Ponna grown from a hands-on recruiter to a strategic leader, currently heading HR and Recruitment at a global enterprise cloud analytics firm. His journey is Fueled by passion, persistence, and a commitment to building high- performing teams aligned with business goals.

He have played a key role in scaling three start-ups from the ground up, managing cross- functional operations across HR, finance, administration, and delivery. With 4+ years in full- cycle operations management, he focus on driving structured growth through people-centric policies and efficient processes.

As an HR leader, his expertise includes talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and fostering inclusive, empowered workplace cultures. He hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and technology from Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology and am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources from the same institution.

Beyond corporate life, he is a passionate guitarist and have been active in the music industry since 2009. He have performed in numerous live shows and managed top bands in Hyderabad. He have collaborated with artists like Sunitha Upadrashta and Anurag Kulkarni and shared the stage with Karthik during a grand New Year’s Eve concert. There band has opened for acts like Agam and performed for Indian celebrities including Jr. NTR, Nani, Nagarjuna, and Chiranjeevi. They have also toured internationally across the USA, Dubai, and Australia.

In recognition of his contributions to Mission Viksit Bharat and the HR domain, he was honoured with the Indian Achievers’ Award 2025 by the Indian Achievers Forum—an affirmation of his belief that great companies are built by great people.
