He has led multiple large-scale PeopleSoft HCM implementations, upgrades, mergers, and production support programs across North America, showcasing his capability to deliver complex solutions in high-pressure environments. His design of portable, bolt-on modules for enterprise security and data purging—used to meet SOX compliance—demonstrates his commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
His contributions span across security architecture for over 23 ERP applications, cross-system data migration between PeopleSoft and SAP, and developing frameworks for automated provisioning, approval workflows, and regulatory controls.
