He has revolutionized endpoint management through platforms like Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and CyberArk EPM. One of his notable innovations includes integrating an AI-driven Copilot into Intune, delivering unprecedented levels of automation and intelligence.
With deep expertise in advanced algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, he has consistently delivered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and significantly improve device management experiences.
