Starting as an Analytical Chemist at Cipla, she steadily rose through the ranks, holding key leadership roles across organisations such as Enem Nostrum Remedies, Bio Scientific Research Laboratories, and ProPharma Group. Currently, she serves as Lead Compliance at Pfizer, ensuring engineering quality compliance, supporting equipment qualification, and championing data integrity and audit readiness.

She is not only a seasoned professional but also a certified Lead Auditor and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She has consistently driven excellence in GxP auditing, regulatory readiness, CAPA execution, and Quality Management Systems. Her strategic thinking, risk mitigation skills, and meticulous approach to regulatory frameworks have helped organizations pass critical audits and raise their quality benchmarks.
